Our JoJo plan has been a favorite for those who love to entertain with its large, open spaces and flex room. This Pick of the Parade winning plan features 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a full bathroom downstairs, 3 car garage, and 1630 sqft living space main level/910 sqft basement. The master bathroom includes a freestanding tub and shower along with the separate water closet, but you’re welcome to customize it to be whatever you need. We’ve seen flex rooms be everything from sun rooms to dens with fireplaces, home offices, and even media rooms.

Need more space? The Simpson plan is almost identical but has a 3rd bedroom on the main level.
